The latest stats are in from Kent Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance, and to date, 129 transfusions have been carried out, 69 of these in 2014 so far. King’s helipad gets planning permission

King’s College Hospital has been granted planning permission to build a helipad on the hospital site. The helipad will be built on top of the existing ten-storey Ruskin Wing building at the hospital in Denmark Hill, south east London.
