Lloyd’s Community Fund 2013 – Please vote for SERV S&SL

SERV Surrey & South London has been short listed (last4), from hundreds of local worthy causes for the Lloyd’s Community Fund 2013. If we are voted 1st or 2nd, we will be awarded £3,000. That would mean we could do even more good work.

We would really appreciate it if you could help by voting for us via the internet or text.

The winners are voted for by the public and the top two are awarded £3,000 each. There is publicity material on what we do in Guildford, Effingham and East Horsley Lloyds branches, which also helps raise our profile.

The four local good causes on the shortlist in our community are:
SERV (Service by Emergency Rider Volunteers)
Cherry Trees
Effingham Cricket Club
Disability Challengers

Apart from all the preparation work, three of us were invited to visit the Guildford Branch to tell them what we do. That visit went very well and we may even have picked up a new volunteer from the branches staff.

To Win:
We must get more votes from the public than two other local worthy causes in the area.
